JJ-Lurgi Engineering delivers third oleochemical plant for Wilmar Group

JJ-Lurgi Engineering in Malaysia delivered the third oleochemiclal plant for Wilmar Group in China this June.

Located in the province of Guangzhou, the Yihai (Dongguan) Oleochemical Industries at Xinsha Industrial Zone in Machong was constructed and commissioned within 15 months.

The fatty acid and glycerine plant has a production capacity of 400 TPD (tons per day).

Besides China, JJ-Lurgi Engineering is also providing plants for fatty acids and pharma-grade glycerine and downstream methyl ester for the Group in various parts of Indonesia. - By Wong Wing Cheong, Malaysia
